Kwicol Poly-Plus S Screen Emulsion

KIWOCOL POLY-PLUS S is a blue coloured, high quality direct diazo-photopolymer emulsion. It is suitable for all printing applications with plastisol, solvent-based and UV inks. Its outstanding copying properties make it the ideal choice for fine detail and 4-colour process work. It offers superior strength against most solvents and ink washes, while remaining durable in humid environments and its flexibility offers very good mechanical resistance.

Poly-Plus has approximately 38% solids, has a storage life of 1 year and a pot life of 4-6 weeks at 20C or 68F.
