Polar Blockout UV Opaque PET Permanent Film

Drytac Polar Blockout UV is a 2.0mil white PET film, gloss, 100% blockout film with a clear permanent adhesive for the production of double sided decals and push/pull messaging on flat applications. The metallized core allows for complete cover-up of what is underneath, and can be used on it's own, or in combination with Polar Dynamic Clear Removable, SpotOn Clear Gloss or SpotOn Clear Matte. This film offers a gloss, white print face and a white back, which can also be used as a white flood when printing clear materials. Up to 7-year outdoor durability when laminated with WeatherShield UV overlaminates and it has a minimum application temperature of -20C.

CONVERSION AND PROCESS NOTES: This material is intended for larger UV-cure print platforms. For ideal conversion, it should be mounted to a reverse-printed clear media prior to cutting to decal size to reduce liner curl. Due to the metallized core it is NOT to be used for full window installation with large solid areas of dark print. Prior to installation a clean, dry, defect-free glass surface is required.
