ClearShield Professional Wall Armor Liquid Laminate

Clearshield Professional Wall Armor is specifically formulated for digitally printed wall covering applications. It offers the unbeatable protection that the ClearShield line of laminates is known for and has the benefit of adding a Type II certified solution for commercial applications. In addition to being compatible with latex, eco-solvent and UV curable inks, Professional Wall Armor provides added stain and abrasion resistance, as well as fire retardancy. Wall Armor Professional is NMP-free and can be applied by hand or machine and this new formulation is stops air bubbles during the application process. When a commercial application must meet the high standards of Type II certification, Professional Wall Armor is the clear choice.

Manual Application - For best results use as supplied. Apply two coats with a short nap roller. Allow the coating to dry completely, approximately an hour, between coats. Estimated liquid laminate coverage when applying by hand with a roller is 350 to 400 sq./feet per gallon.

Automated Equipment - ClearShield Wall Armor can be used on most automatic flood coaters including the StarLam 1600R. Use as supplied. HVLP Spray Gun. Requires 45 - 55 psi and a nozzle tip of 1.3 -1.6 mm. Use as supplied.  Estimated liquid laminate coverage when applying with a liquid laminator is 650 sq./feet per gallon with a Marabu StarLam Laminator.
