Avery Dennison MPI 1105 EZ RS Cast Wrap Film

Avery MPI 1105 Easy Apply RS is a 2mil cast, air egress wrapping film that comes on a two side PE coated StayFlat liner and brings new levels of printability, image quality and 3D conformability to vehicle wraps. Now with better compatibility across all ink platforms this material offers outstanding colour 'pop' and an ability to cope easily with challenges such flat, simple curves, rivets, compound curves and corrugations. This product also offers easy removability with heat for up to 5 years with little or no adhesive residue left behind. MPI 1105 is designed as a wrap film. Cutting for the purpose of preparing sizes or larger shapes has proven to be feasible. However sign cutting of letters and graphics is not recommended. Note: MPI 1105 must be combined with DOL Z laminate products for Avery Dennison to warrant the film for its full durability.

Important Note: After application it is absolutely necessary to post-heat those parts of the wrap exposed to stretch, strain or other deformations to obtain its final shape. Re-heating will eliminate the applied tensions in the film and help to avoid lift or peeling. Always respect the minimum application temperatures as given in the technical datasheets.
