DP8705NS Scotch-Weld Low-Odour Black Acrylic Adhesive

3M DP8705NS Scotch-Weld is a black coloured, low odour acrylic adhesive that is non-flammable and reduced toxicological hazard profile for a safer working environment compared to typical acrylic adhesive. This 10:1 mix ratio adhesive bonds with a variety of substrates, including metals, painted surfaces, plastics, and composites. It requires minimal surface preparation and can perform in low temperature with structural strength down to -40C (-40F).  This adhesive has a 5 minute work life with 6 minute time to handling strength.

DP8705NS offers improved performance and maintains the fast curing and minimal surface preparation of acrylic adhesives while delivering improved impact strength and reliable cold temperature performance. This adhesive also has no GHS08 Health Hazard classification. The black, non-sag, low odour, non-flammable, toughened two-part structural acrylic adhesive provides structural strength down to temperatures as low as -40°C (-40°F) and contains 250 micron (0.010 inch) spacer beads. It is non-corrosive to steel and other active metal substrates. This adhesive has a 5 minute work life with 6 minute time to handling strength.
