First Care Plan

The Plan includes:

  • Replacement parts and labour (including some print heads)

  • Support Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm

PrePaid Labour

Minimize breaks in production and unexpected expenses by pre-purchasing the labour portion of your service requirements at a discounted rate.

These prepaid services are available in various time blocks;

  • 1 year term: 8 hours / 16 hours
  • 2 year term: 32 hours / 48 hours

Unused service hours may be carried forward to your plan coverage the following year.
