How can I track my order?

Once the cart has been submitted, you can view the status by selecting “My Account” from the Navigation bar and “Orders in Process”.

The status “In Queue” means that the order is still with Customer Service for review. There are a few possible reasons for this, if you are concerned about this order, please feel free to call them at 1 888 634-7274, or contact them via Live Chat.

The status “In Process” means the order has been printed and is being picked by the warehouse, depending on the time of day, these orders should ship that day. The status “Invoiced” means that the order will ship that day.
